I know very little about my geneaology. But I was born in Windhausen Germany and grew up in a mining village in a city called Bad Grund. My mother came from from Berlin and her mother was born in the 1880s in Riga Russia, now Latvia.
when I was 20, I moved to the Netherlands and stayed there for about 4 years and then returned to Germany, where I met my Ex who was in the US Army. I immigrated to the US in September of 1979.
