HI, Here is another form of 'Scottish Toast'. Laugh.
Seems if you had this you'd have no worries for the rest of the
day, Drambuie and all ! Lady Matthews
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Scottish Toast

6 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup Drambuie
1 (12-inch) loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch thick slices
3 tablespoons butter
Maple syrup for accompaniment

1. Whisk eggs, milk and Drambuie together.
2. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Swirl to coat.
3. Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture, coating well. Place in hot skillet and cook on each side until golden brown.
4. Serve immediately with maple syrup, if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
