One question from a new lord!

Postby Lord Martin Daniel » Thu Oct 08, 2009 11:52 am

Hello everybody!

Well, yesterday I received my 10feet pack and I'm very happy with the service, presentation, everything, but I have some questions:

1 - After reading the Title Deed, they specify in one point of the contract that they are selling the plot to us but reserving the property of the larger subjects to the company, so, what are that larger subjects? It means that the land is not our at all? if they want to revoke the land to us, they can?

2 - I know that souvenir plots doesn't have necessity of being registered but, how can we prove that the land is under our property? with the title deed? what happens if another person with our same name say that the land is of his/her property?

Hope that you can help me! Thank you very much!

Hi
The Title Deeds transfers ownership of the specified plot, which is a part of the larger subjects, being the Keil Hill Estate. The Deed clarifies that the ownership of this plot gives no rights over the rest of the estate (the larger subjects)

The plot which is sold is uniquely defined by reference to the Ordnance Survey (and a plot number). No other deed is issued with those unique features and thus no ther person can claim your plot.

I hope that clarifies the subject.
