How do I change my username?

I wish to shorten my username , but find no way of doing so. Can you help?

Lord Edward, you will have to wait until Lady Laura, the daughter of the owner of Lochaber Highland Estates comes back from Vacation. As do I. SOmething has gone wrong with the Administrative functions and I have to wait til she gets back from vacation. I will help as soon as I am helped.
